The Team
Deloittes Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.
BA Skills:
Skilled in data lineage, data analysis and reporting using Excel and data tools
Proficiency in data visualization and BI solutions SQL, Python, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau etc.
Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.
Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA is a preferred
Skilled in creating process diagrams, writing BRD/FRDs, use cases, scenario assessment, wireframes, gap analysis
Strong problem-solving experience in Change and Transformation environment
Strong listening, problem solving, analytical skills and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)
Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and documentation skills
Ability to operate in both agile and waterfall style project methodologies and understand deliverables required for each methodology
Attention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes, and control environment
Must be a self-starter and a team player with prior experience in working in a global cross-functional teams

PM Skills:
Minimum 6+ years of work experience
Proven track record of leading large-scale projects with exceptional organizational skills
Experience in driving Executive and senior stakeholders discussions globally
Change management skills including definition of business case & scope, articulation of issues, challenges, risks, dependencies & solutions, status reporting and test execution, milestone tracking, benefits management, RAID, RACI, budgeting, forecasting, project governance
Has experience in creating SteerCo reports, program / project plans
Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc. PMP, Prince 2 certification are a plus.

Domain - 2 roles in Retail Banking background; 5 roles with Corporate Banking background; Hyderabad - Overall Banking domain PM with having close view of managing technology projects
