Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage.

Job Description:
We are looking forstrong expertise inAgentic AI, Voice Chatbots, and Cloud-based Conversational Platforms. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational systems leveragingAWS/GCP services,Python, andRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)frameworks.
The role involves working across the full stack from LLM prompt design and API integration to UI delivery with a focus on building scalable and production-readyAI-driven voice and text interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implementagentic workflowsusing frameworks such asLangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools.
Build and optimizevoice-enabled chatbot experiencesusingSTT (Speech-to-Text)andTTS (Text-to-Speech)technologies.
Develop and deployRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)pipelines integratingvector databasesanddocument embeddings.
Work acrossAWS and GCPecosystems for model hosting, data storage, and API integration.
Implementfull-stack conversational solutions, including front-end components (React/Streamlit) and backend logic (Python/Node.js).
Integrate conversational agents withthird-party APIs,CRM systems, andenterprise data sources.
Collaborate with data engineers, LLM developers, and cloud architects to ensure scalability and reliability.
Conductperformance optimization, fine-tuning, and prompt engineeringfor LLM-driven responses.
SupportPoC development, client demos, and technical documentation.


Required Skills & Experience:

58 years of experience inAI/Conversational/Full Stacksolution development.
Hands-on experience withPython,Flask/FastAPI, orNode.js.
Deep understanding ofRAG,LLMs, andagentic architectures.
Strong experience withAWS(Bedrock, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB) orGCP(Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).
Familiarity withLangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Bedrock, or Gemini APIs.
Experience invoice bot development integratingSTT/TTS pipelines (Google, Azure, Bhashini, etc.).
Knowledge offrontend frameworkslikeReact, Streamlit, or Angular.
Exposure tovector databasessuch asChroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Elasticsearch.
Excellent understanding ofRESTful API design,prompt engineering, andmicroservices architecture.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and client communication skills.


Good to Have:

Experience withmulti-agent orchestrationorautonomous task decompositionsystems.
Familiarity withDocker/KubernetesandCI/CD pipelines.
Experience inAI solution consulting, pre-sales, or architecture design.


Education:

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
Certification in AWS, GCP, or AI/ML frameworks is a plus.
