TS Controls : Tech Risk & Control Specialist

Your role

We’re looking for an experienced service reporting lead to:

• Govern, Assess, Analyze and Remediate Risk controls with Technology Services
• Data collection, processing and analysis; tracking and interpreting data trends, patterns & anomalies
• Independently drive operations, automation & improvements of risk controls & ensure effectiveness
• Leverage Automation Tools, predictive analytics and machine learning solutions enabling more efficient and effective Risk Controls
• Actively Communicate with Internal Team, Control Owners, Stakeholders and Auditors
• Conduct & drive governance & working group meeting for Control Operations
• Research, analyze, understand and gather the control requirements for automation
• Identify the data sources, access method, and data points; needed to test the compliance rules
• Produce documentation in line with the Bank standards
• Maintain accurate data, dashboards & reports to provide for service review, audits and governance

Your expertise

• relevant experience in risk & controls, Minimum Enterprise requirement, regulatory, audit or compliance, ideally associated with information technology and BFSI domain
•experience in a business and data analysis role, defining metrics, experience in analyzing business process in a services environment
• working knowledge of data analysis, understanding of data systems and data query and coding language methods, such as python, SQL and big data technologies (Hives, Impala)
• experience with tools - PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate for data visualization & automate workflows
• experience in design architecture of data storage and processing workflows.
• comfortable documenting controls and guidance to stakeholders/ business partners (Control Owners, Application owners, technical and non-technical staff).
• pragmatic (able to consider both regulatory requirements and the needs of the business)
• knowledge of ITIL, Agile, Service & Project management will be an advantage
• take ownership, work independently and proactively with appropriate consultation
• strong interpersonal skills, confident, and the ability to work with senior management teams and thrive in pressure situations
