Responsibilities & Profile Required

• Manage large delivery teams and stakeholders across the globe based on the OKRs of the business lines.
• Manage budgeting, workforce, innovation and organizational transformation.
• Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team to be in-line with organization objectives and vision.
• Productize service offering and negotiate with stakeholders for transition of projects/processes.
• Contribute to innovation forums of the organization and bring-in industry standards.
• Ensure viable succession pipeline.
• Lead/Contribute to network and global Business Line value proposition.
• Proven abstract thinking, motivational skills and passion for transformation.
• Ability to ideate, strategize and transform at the organizational level.
• Demonstrate strong networking and solutioning skills to work with business counterparts globally.
• Expertise in understanding financial models and budgets.
