Job Description
Position Title: Trend Micro Deep Security Engineer
Strong knowledge and Minimum 5 years Hands on Experience in Trend Micro Deep Security)
Install, Configure & Maintain the software and hardware of EPP/EDR/HIPS/Anti-APT
Response to ticket in accordance with SLA guidelines.
Record, track & document the request problem solving process including actions taken through
Understanding of TrendMicro/Trellix. Analyze & fix the risk and scan logs. Assist new hire training for basic IT needs.
Interact with OEM for any incident.
