What you’ll do:

• Research and lead the adoption of new Treasury technology and SAP S/4 HANA solutions
• Monitor electronic bank statement processing in SAP and communicate status of bank statement imports to Treasury and other stakeholders
• Troubleshoot Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) exceptions with banks and IT support teams
• Execute interface programs in case of job failure in SAP
• Interact with banks to maintain services related to electronic bank statement reporting and payment file communications
• Maintain interface data mapping for multiple systems such as FXAll, Chatham, Misys, CLS, Bloomberg etc.
• Coordinate new bank account and In-House Cash Account setups with IT and other HPE Finance and Treasury stakeholders
• Act as Master Data steward for Treasury and support streamlining and lineage of data
• Monitor status of payments and payment batching, reset of batches as required
• Support the administration of bank portal access for all HPE users
• Support audit and compliance related activities
• Support bank rationalization efforts to set up new SWIFT bank connectivity, enable new bank accounts, and coordinate with other teams as required

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma, Master’s Degree a plus
• 4+ years related experience in treasury, systems architecture, finance
• SAP S/4 HANA Treasury Associate certification desirable
• Fluent English is a must
• Able to work well independently and in global virtual teams
• Strong communication, consulting, and influencing skills across many stakeholder groups
• Problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to execute on multi-step processes and projects
• Strong systems and processes experience (SAP S/4 HANA Treasury modules, SWIFT, Bloomberg)
• Familiarity with XML bank file formats (CAMT and PAIN)
• Experience with bank portal administration
• Initiative, integrity, reliability and ability to meet deadlines
• Systematic knowledge of treasury processes and its link to overall Finance and company business strategy and the business environment.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
