| II. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE |
| 1. This role prepares Credit memo for new counterparties and for limit extension and review of existing counterparties on annual basis and presenting to Credit Committee. 2. The incumbent shall be responsible for monitoring & policy updation as & when defined. |
