About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our global finance team at Archroma. This role focuses on managing Treasury operations in EMEA, supporting APAC and Americas, and driving process improvements. You will be the key point of contact for banks, shared services, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth cash management and treasury reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and reconcile daily EMEA cash management tasks (funding accounts, FX deals, payment releases).
• Maintain In-House Bank (IHB) accounts and intercompany loans; monitor SAP payment runs.
• Administer treasury systems and banking applications; ensure compliance with quarterly controls.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts; support weekly reporting to senior management.
• Act as backup for credit management activities and support global treasury projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (banks, auditors) for treasury operations.

What Were Looking For:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 35 years in Treasury or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (FI) and treasury applications (TIS, REVAL, CashPro, HSBC, Nomentia).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across regions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Treasury certification/diploma is an advantage.
