Job Description

Responsibilities

:
General Ledger (GL) Accounting:
Maintain fixed assets accounting and ensure accurate reporting.
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
Manage intercompany (Interco) accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
Handle inventory accounting and ensure alignment with financial policies.
Conduct GL analysis, including fluctuation and variance analysis.
Execute GL close and month-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors and assist in the audit process.
Preparation of schedules for HFM reporting
Perform HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) data loading and reporting.
Manual journal entry processing.

Treasury Management:
Manage cash position and ensure optimal liquidity.
Perform daily reporting of balances and implement necessary controls.
Oversee cash forecasting and monitor free cash flow.
Manage bank guarantees and credit lines.
Oversee the payment process, including credit card/debit card settlement management.
Handle banking fee payments and ensure cost efficiency.
Perform treasury accounting, including daily bank reconciliations, bank statement processing, ICO loan management, and interest postings.
Address financial close queries and provide reporting insights.
Manage account opening, closure, and documentation updates.
Conduct variance analysis between forecasts and actuals.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Master / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum years of experience in Treasury, General Ledger accounting, or related financial functions.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Cadency and Hyperion (HFM).
o Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
o Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting principles.
