We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Travel Sales Executive to join our Pune team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands the art of selling experiences, and has a deep passion for travel. Youll play a key role in connecting clients to the right trips while building long-term relationships and contributing to the growth of our business.

• Engage with prospective travelers to understand their needs and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Serve as a primary point of contact via phone, email, and social media to address queries and provide exceptional service.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to achieve high conversion rates.
• Foster lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat travel and referrals.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative outreach and engagement strategies.
• Research new destinations, accommodations, local experiences, and vendors to enhance our offerings.
  

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in sales (preferably in the travel industry) is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
• Strong sense of initiative, resilience, and ability to handle objections professionally.
• Knowledge of travel trends and destinations is a strong plus.
• Candidates must be based in Pune.
