Job Description:
We are looking for aTravel Sales Executive with a strong dedication to sales and a passion for hospitality. Freshers with a keen interest in building a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interactwithpremiumclients andunderstandtheirrequirements
- Buildrapportwithpotentialclientsandunderstandtheirtravelneeds, preferences, and budget.
- Developandpresentcustomizedtravelpackagesthatcatertoclientdesires and exceed expectations.
- Sellavarietyoftravelproductsandservices,includingflights,hotels,tours, activities, and travel insurance.
- Communicateeffectivelywithclientsviaphone,email,andin-personmeetings, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handlecustomerescalationsrelatedtosalesinquiriesandbookings,resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Utilizestrongnegotiationandconvincingskillstosecuresales andclosedeals.
- Manageandmaintainstrongclientrelationships,fosteringtrustandloyalty.
- Stayupdatedontraveltrends,destinations,andindustrybestpractices.
- Achieveandexceedmonthlysalestargets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong dedication to sales and hospitality are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettable experiences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus.
