Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in Dehradun, India. The Travel Sales Executive will focus on assisting clients in planning and booking custom travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, and tours. Responsibilities include creating tailored travel itineraries, identifying client needs, providing travel-related advice, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Note- This profile is not for Travel Operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in sales and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of travel planning, destinations, and travel industry trends
- Experience in handling booking systems and travel management software
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
