Job Description
Do you enjoy connecting with people, understanding travel needs, and closing bookings with confidence?
We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive who can balance strong communication with clear sales targets.
At Thekkady Adventures, we create curated Kerala travel experiences. We need someone who can turn enquiries into confirmed journeys while meeting set targets.
- Handle travel enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable Kerala tour packages
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Meet monthly and seasonal sales targets
- Follow up consistently on enquiries and warm leads
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Good communication skills (English required; Malayalam is a plus)
- Interest in travel, hospitality, and customer interaction
- Target-oriented mindset with an ethical and friendly sales approach
- Ability to manage enquiries, follow-ups, and closures independently
- Prior experience in travel sales is an advantage (motivated freshers can also apply)
