Travel Relationship Manager

tourHQ is an online platform that connects travellers to guides around the world. We are looking for a Travel Relationship Manager to join our team. This will be a hybrid working position- partly work from home, and partly from office in Hauz Khas in New Delhi. Therefore, though we are Hybrid, we are looking for NCR based people, and you will need to periodically come into office.

Each relationship manager would be assigned to a sector. You would be responsible for that sector in all respects. This includes:

1) Maintain the relationship with our tour guides and other suppliers. Work with them on the entire range of tourHQ products.

2) Assist travellers in using the tourHQ system, as well as planning their holiday.

3) Work with our guides and other suppliers, and help them use the system properly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in travel and tourism
• Maybe you have done your MBA in tourism or a related field.
• You could also be a recent graduate from one of the top colleges in India or aboard.
• Your spoken and written English should be excellent
• You should have good interpersonal skills (You should be comfortable making client calls)
• Comfortable with working on computers, and technology in general. (You should be able to type fast too)

Salary will be in the range of Rs 22k-40kdepending on work experience, education etc.
