Role Overview:

The role involves managing endtoend business travel operations across India and the APAC region. The role oversees international travel processing, policy governance, vendor management, global reporting, and system implementation, ensuring seamless travel experiences, cost optimization, and adherence to organizational compliance standards.

Job Description:

• Spearhead endtoend business travel operations for India and APAC, including visa coordination, ticketing, hotel, insurance, and cab arrangements.
• Drive global rollout of the Travel Management System, including BRD preparation, compliance alignment, and global user training.
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to new team members on travel policies and TMS functionality.
• Contribute to creation, review, and updates of business travel policies and Travel SOPs.
• Consolidate monthly global travel reports and support internal and external audits through audit documentation preparation.
• Coordinate with Procurement for vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and negotiation of airline corporate deals.
• Ensure adherence to Travel Policy and Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines.
• Follow up on vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.

Implement and communicate costcontrol measures to reduce overall travel expenses.
