OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Executive with experience in selling holiday packages. The role involves interacting with walk-in and enquiry-based customers, understanding their travel requirements, and recommending suitable domestic and international holiday packages.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle counter sales for holiday packages and assist customers with travel planning.
• Sell domestic and international holiday packages, including both short-haul and long-haul destinations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for bookings and confirmations.
• Deliver a professional and customer-friendly experience to all clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in selling travel or holiday packages.
• Candidates with experience from companies such as Thomas Cook, Veena World, or similar travel agencies are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language proficiency: Hindi (mandatory), Basic English, and one regional language.
• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused approach.
• No managerial experience required; this is an individual contributor role.
