Role Description
Our Travel Curators are responsible for personalized travel planning, designing & researching unique travel experiences, curating group tours, and managing all travel arrangements for our client's travelling to destinations across the world (Across 7 Continents!)
Other responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining client satisfaction, and addressing any travel-related inquiries or challenges to create seamless and enjoyable travel experiences. The role requires effective coordination with clients, partners, and service providers to ensure a smooth journey for customers.
This full-time, on-site Travel Curator role is based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Designing Itineraries and managing Travel Arrangements. Preferred to have an experience of working within hospitality, concierge companies, and advisory is preferred
- Experience & interest in curating itineraries for international destinations
- Experience with itinerary designing and research oriented skills
- Experience with cruises and rail journeys is preferred
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to meet and exceed client expectations
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and liaise with clients and partners
- Familiarity with global travel destinations, including cultural and logistical knowledge, as well as knowledge on luxury and boutique travel experiences and hotels.
- Experience with research and design of travel itineraries, curating group tours and onsite tour management is preferred
- High attention to detail and strong operational abilities
- Proficiency in using travel-related and customer management software tools is an advantage
- Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
