Role - Travel Consultant - Ticketing

Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Shift: Rotational Shift

Requirements:

Must have hands-on experience in GDS systems Amadeus and Sabre - Mandatory

Prior experience in corporate travel ticketing and handling transit and international VISA

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

Issue tickets as per client requirements

Support submissions with all correspondence

Drive PLB carrier sales

Upload supporting documents in the system

Ensure NIL billing pendency

Manage personal bookings & same-day collections

Coordinate with customers for day-to-day bookings

Achieve revenue and transaction targets

Negotiate with hotels and suppliers

Handle invoicing, hotel invoice collection & reconciliation

Build and maintain strong client relationships
