Location: Gurugram (On-site) Job Type: Full-time

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

• Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming travel inquiries and leads (No cold calling data mining; work on provided data).
• Client Interaction: Connect with customers over the phone to understand their travel requirements.
• Package Recommendation: Suggest suitable domestic and international tour packages.
• Conversion: Convert interested queries into final bookings through polite and professional follow-ups.
• Support: Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure they have a happy trip.

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers Welcome: No prior experience needed! If you have a learning attitude, we will train you.
• Communication: Must have clear and polite verbal communication (Hindi & English).
• Soft Skills: Candidates with a pleasant voice, patience, and good listening skills will be preferred.
• Basic Skills: Basic knowledge of computers/Excel is required.
