Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Travel Consultant (Holiday Expert of Thailand), located on-site in Lucknow. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel consultancy services, organizing travel arrangements, and crafting personalized travel itineraries. Key responsibilities include client interaction for providing travel solutions, handling reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel planning process. The consultant will also be expected to stay informed about Thailand as a holiday destination, including updating themselves on the latest travel trends and offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and planning Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Reservations and handling Customer Service requests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand customer travel needs and provide tailored solutions
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site office environment and contribute to team success
• Knowledge of Thailand market and experience in the travel industry is highly preferred
• Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
