- Were looking for a Travel Sales Consultant who understands that travel is emotional, high-value, and trust-driven and knows how to convert interest into confident bookings.
- Consult customers on domestic and international holidays including Europe, Asia, Middle East, luxury escapes, honeymoons, and group trips
- Understand customer intent, budget, travel style, and expectations before pitching
- Convert high-intent leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email with clarity and confidence
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end from first conversation to booking closure
- Coordinate with operations to ensure a seamless post-sale handover
- Maintain CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- 1 to 5 years of experience in travel sales or a similar consultative sales role
- Strong knowledge of destinations, routes, hotels, and travel logistics
- Excellent spoken and written English
- High conviction, high energy, and strong persuasion skills
- Comfortable selling premium and experiential holidays
- Result-oriented mindset with ownership mentality
- CRM experience preferred but not mandatory
- You sell with logic and emotion
- You listen more than you speak
- You can handle objections without sounding pushy
- You care about customer experience as much as closing the deal
