Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will manage travel arrangements, consult with clients to curate personalized itineraries, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include booking reservations, coordinating travel plans, and handling inquiries to deliver seamless and memorable travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and managing client relationships
• Experience in booking and managing Reservations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with travel industry tools and software is a plus
• Passion for travel and creating memorable customer experiences
