Job Description

Job Title: Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst / Specialist

Location: Hinjewadi Phase-1

Department: Global Business Services

Reports To: India CFO

Job Summary:

The Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the companys travel and expense processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role involves system administration, auditing, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support accurate and timely employee reimbursements and corporate card transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration:

Administer T&E platforms.

Configure workflows, audit rules, and user profiles.

Integrate expense systems with ERP platforms Like SAP

Policy Enforcement & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to corporate travel and expense policies.

Audit expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.

Identify and report discrepancies, policy violations, or fraud risks.

Corporate Card Program:

Manage issuance, usage, and reconciliation of corporate credit cards.

Resolve payment delays and card-related issues.

Reporting & Analysis:

Monitor spend trends and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.

Support month-end close and GL reconciliation for T&E accounts.

Recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

35 years of experience in T&E management, accounts payable, or finance operations.

Proficiency in expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Expensify).

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FINRA, SOX) is a plus.
