Role Purpose:
Manage travel arrangements for employees and support administrative coordination across centres.
Reporting To : Head Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange travel bookings including flights, trains, and hotels.
- Prepare travel itineraries for employees and leadership.
- Ensure travel bookings comply with company cost guidelines.
- Maintain travel records and documentation.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors.
- Track travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Provide administrative support for operational activities.

- Accuracy of travel documentation
- Employee satisfaction with travel support
Experience
- 24 years of experience in travel administration or office administration roles.
