What Youll Do

• Translate conversations and business meetingsbetween English, Mandarin, and Hindiboth verbally and in written form.
• Join theCEO and company leadershipon international visits to China, enabling clear and accurate communication across languages and contexts.
• Providereal-time interpretationduring factory visits, supplier meetings, negotiations, and events.
• Assist in drafting or reviewing bilingual documents, emails, and reports as required.
• Understand and conveytechnical, business, and cultural nuanceswith professionalism and accuracy.
• Support remote or in-person translation during video calls, conferences, or written correspondence when needed.

Who You Are

• Strong fluency inMandarin and English(spoken and written); proficiency inHindi to Mandarin translationis also required.
• Prior experience working as abusiness or technical translator/interpreterin international settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of accuracy in translation.
• Flexible forfrequent travel to China alltravel, accommodation, and mealswill be covered by Buildskill.
• Professional, well-organized, and comfortable engaging with senior management and international vendors.
• Must hold avalid passportand be available for assignments on short notice.
