Job Opening: BPS Transition Manager | Pune / Noida / HYD
We are looking for an experienced BPS/BPO Transition Manager with a proven track record in managing end-to-end transitions across global business processes.
Location: Pune / Noida / HYD
Work Mode: 5 Days work from office
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Experience: Overall 12+ years with 810 years in BPS/BPO Transition Management
Domains: Hitech, Healthcare, Service Desk
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to understand migration requirements
Build and execute comprehensive project plans for smooth transitions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables
Identify and escalate risks with mitigation strategies
Maintain strong business partnerships to ensure seamless execution
Continuously improve transition methodology and toolkits
Anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions under tight deadlines
Manage customer relationships and operational ownership of tasks
Handle pre-sales/post-sales support (C-level stakeholder interface)
Lead and guide project teams as required
Maintain full compliance and audit readiness for all transition projects
Ensure forecasting of transition budgets and cost visibility from inception
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness of Tech M processes & standards

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer relationship management
Proven experience with offshore/onshore blended delivery models
Ability to work independently and drive outcomes
