Job Description
- Strong project management skills and experience of working on at least 3 application transition projects (100+ FTE)
- Strong solution mindset and ability to create differentiated and risk-mitigated transition solutions to address client requirements
- Client centricity and experience of managing client stakeholders on a global scale
- Collaborative mindset and ability to develop amicable working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenges with a positive and calm approach
- Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills6.
- Experience in key initiatives to enhance transition framework, accelerators, libraries, tools, and template
- Experience in planning, management, performance, and execution of the Transition Program
- Identify, monitor and manage any risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register and take appropriate preventive and corrective measures
- Experience in creating customized and fit for purpose transition solution and sizing for various RFPs
- Experience in creating week-on-week transition ramp-up
- Ability to create materials for weekly progress review meetings and conduct transition cadence meetings
- Scrum/ Agile/ PMP/ ITIL/ Six Sigma certification
