Were Hiring: Transition Sr. Manager (BPO Transitions)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Key Requirement (Very Important)

We are looking for candidates with core End-to-End Transition experience NOT operations / NOT pure PMO profiles.

Out of 10+ years, minimum 5+ years must be in complete end-to-end transitions

Strong experience in International Transitions (must have)

Experience in BPO / Captive setup transitions only

Candidates from IT / Finance / Healthcare / HR transitions will NOT be considered

Exposure to PMO is acceptable only if candidate has core transition experience

Role Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition lifecycle (RFI/RFP Execution Handover)
• Manage people migration, KT plans, governance, and ramp-up
• Handle client-facing transition execution & stakeholder management
• Drive risk management, QA/QC, and transition planning
• Work on global transitions & cross-border movement of processes
• Collaborate with hiring, training, and operations teams

Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in BPO / International BPO transitions (3rd party or captive)
• Expertise in people migration & large-scale transition programs
• Knowledge of BFSI / Mortgage domain (preferred)
• Experience managing multi-tower projects
• Certifications like Six Sigma / PMP / Prince (preferred)
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills (mandatory)

Note

Only candidates with real end-to-end transition ownership will be considered. Profiles with only operations or PMO experience will not be shortlisted.
