Position Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader Transfer Pricing to support monthly operational TP activities for UAE-based clients. The role involves handling transfer pricing compliance, preparing and maintaining TP control sheets, conducting benchmarking analysis, and supporting due diligence. The candidate will supervise junior staff and support the Assistant Manager in ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Operational Transfer Pricing: Manage monthly TP processes, ensuring accurate tracking and classification of intercompany transactions for UAE clients.
• TP Control Sheet Preparation: Prepare and update detailed control sheets to monitor intercompany transactions and ensure consistency with TP policies.
• Benchmarking Analysis: Conduct benchmarking using TP databases to determine arms length pricing.
• Due Diligence Support: Assist in transaction-level reviews to assess TP risks and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Data Reconciliation: Reconcile transactional data with accounting records to ensure alignment with TP reporting.
• Client Coordination: Work closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to gather data and support TP operations.
• Reporting: Support in generating internal reports related to monthly TP positions and compliance status.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on UAE TP rules and ensure alignment with applicable local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA with 13 years of experience in operational transfer pricing
• Hands-on experience with TP compliance
• Proficient in Excel, TP databases, and benchmarking tools
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and timely execution
