We are looking for a Transfer Pricing professional with dual qualification (CA + LLB) to handle advisory, compliance, and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on transfer pricing strategies for domestic and cross-border transactions
• Preparing TP documentation, benchmarking, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Handling audits, assessments, and litigation matters
• Representing clients before DRP, ITAT, and other appellate forums
• Collaborating with tax and corporate teams on complex transactions

Requirements:

• CA + LLB qualification (mandatory)
• 49 years of relevant experience (law firm/Big4 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Indian TP regulations and OECD guidelines
• Experience in both advisory and litigation
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
