Job Title: Transactions Analyst – Confirmations

Short Description: Join our Legal Response Operations team as a Transactions Analyst in Bengaluru, where you will play a key role in managing and improving the Confirmations process. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Posting Description: Legal Response Operations (LRO) is a global organization that partners with Asset Management, Commercial Banking, and Corporate & Investment Bank. We are seeking a Transactions Analyst to join our Confirmations team in Bengaluru. The role involves supervising daily operations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure key operational parameters are met.
  • Lead the identification and implementation of technology and process changes to improve efficiency.
  • Review controls for manual processes to eliminate processing errors.
  • Serve as a Quality Specialist working on multiple queues within Confirmations.
  • Motivate and support the team as a key member of the department leadership.
  • Communicate and influence behavior upstream and with partners to showcase achievements and improve results.
  • Manage administrative activities for consultants.
  • Participate in and/or run team and group meetings.
  • Handle escalations and manage queries effectively.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, including Compliance, Investment Bank, Treasury Services, Consumer Bank, Technology, Legal, and Internal Audit for various business and functional tasks.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Confirmations and financial products.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (business discipline preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Confirmations and related products.
  • Strong control mindset and adherence to business ethics.
  • In-depth experience with OTC, Treasury, Loan products, and global markets.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver direct feedback.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-centric approach with an eye for detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Familiarity with legal documents and experience in driving global initiatives.
  • Previous experience with JPMC is preferred but not required.
  • Prior training-related experience is strongly preferred.

Hours of Work: Employees will work based on US production schedules or pre-U.S. time shifts, depending on business requirements. Workdays are Monday to Friday, with additional Saturdays from January to April as needed.
