Cornerstone Law is looking to hire a transactional lawyer with 4+ years of experience in M&A, commercial agreements, and general corporate advisory.

The role involves working closely with partners on complex commercial transactions, including M&A deals, investments, and sophisticated commercial contracts, while engaging directly with high-quality clients. Candidates should have hands-on experience working on commercial deals with reputed clients and be able to provide a clear and credible overview of their role in such transactions.

Experience at a premier law firm and graduation from a reputed law school will be an advantage, though not mandatory for the right candidate.

Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate
