About the Role

Were looking for a Transaction Monitoring Lead to manage a team working on L1 and L2 AML reviews. Youll guide the team, review the quality of work, run training sessions and work closely with compliance, audit and law enforcement teams. Youll also help keep our BSA/AML program strong and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Lead teams handling L1 and L2 AML transaction monitoring

Train investigators and team leads

Keep process documents updated

Oversee daily AML review work and ensure cases are closed on time

Identify new risks and changes in AML patterns

Prepare regional and global AML reports

Review quality and suggest improvements

Support AML policies, processes and monitoring activities

Help maintain a strong BSA/AML program

Guide teams in reviewing suspicious activity

Support audits, exams and fix compliance gaps

Handle law enforcement requests like SAR backup and subpoenas

Update AML policies and support training programs

Preferred Qualifications

CAMS, CFE or similar certification

Experience in AML audits or exams

Experience reviewing FIU cases in a financial institution
