We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for technical teams and end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into accessible learning experiences. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and business stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee performance.

Location - Pune

Notice period - Immediate to serving

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in delivering technical training in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to create training materials such as manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery platforms.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of technical domains such as software development, cybersecurity, or data analytics.
• Experience in blended learning and virtual training environments.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple training projects.
