Roles and Responsibilities | Job Summary:*
We're looking for a seasoned Training Manager with a strong background in US health administration to manage and deliver training programs for over 2000 learners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training strategies, excellent consultative and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and deliver training programs for 2000+ learners, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, subject matter experts, and learners - Conduct needs assessments, design curricula, and evaluate training effectiveness - Collaborate with SMEs to create engaging content and training materials - Utilize adult learning principles and innovative training methods to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention - Analyze training metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve training outcomes - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare administration
*Requirements:*
- 7+ years of experience in training management, healthcare administration, or a related field - Proven experience managing large-scale training programs (3500+ learners) - Strong background in US health administration, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements - Excellent consultative, communication, and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
*Nice to Have:*
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training software - Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CTT+)
