Position description:

To adhere the policy & process and drive suitable training initiatives to build loyalty to the organization.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Salary Range: As per Industry Norms

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching.

·         Evaluate employees, process, culture on regular basis and identify training needs.

·         Effectively deliver Online & Classroom training to the employees

·         Developing content for various training programs by adhering to adult learning principles.

·         Prepare trainees to effectively undertake their roles & responsibilities

·         Evaluate the outcome of key training activities

·         Increase participation of line mangers for building strong training culture

·         Monitor training effectiveness & prepare relevant training reports.

·         Smooth flow of HR rules and regulations for training & development.

·         Able to adopt a proactive and responsible attitude.

·         Implement best practices and lessons learned.

·         Manage marketing strategy for training programs.

·         Successfully update, enhance and operate learning management system.

·         Prepare and regularly update MIS pertaining to training, compliance & employees progress and success.

·         Provide feedback to the management on observations made from various training programs.

·         Effective delivery of the training event

·         Manage employee relation issues pertaining to training

·         Coordinate with the employees & managers for smooth training process

·         Appropriately respond to change and conflict

·         Research and recommend new training methods

Required Competencies:

·         Employee Training, Employee Development, Excellent Communication Skills

·         Training module designing skills for various roles.

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Language - English, Regional Language and Hindi desirable 

·         Computer literate – Word / Excel / E-mail / Web based system

·         Proficiency in Power point tools
