Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager at PAUL India in New Delhi. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for employees, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training. The role involves collaborating with different restaurants and departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and standards. The role will include within Delhi NCR + Pan india domestic travel, however the base of this position will be in New Delhi.


Location: Delhi


Experience: 10+ years in handling Learning and Development in Restaurants/Hotels/Retail


Salary Scale: 7 lakhs to 8 lacs CTC per annum


Job Description:


1. Training and Development: Creation and implementation of training programs (classroom and online) for all team members, from servers to kitchen staff, to ensure they are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.


2. Onboarding: Facilitate the operational onboarding process for new hires, helping them integrate seamlessly into the restaurants culture and providing them with the Training and toolssuch as LMS and Training manuals to succeed.


3. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of existing training materials and procedures to keep them up-to-date with industry standards and brand specific practices.


4. Compliance: Ensure that training programs comply with all safety, sanitation, and legal requirements, and that employees are aware of and adhere to these standards.


5. Team Leadership: Lead by example and motivate the team to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.


Qualifications

  • Training Program Design, Implementation, and Evaluation skills
  • Experience in assessing training needs and developing training materials
  • Collaboration and Communication skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Knowledge of bakery or food industry training is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field


Salary Scale

Rs. 80000 - 100,000/- per month CTC
