Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

·         Training Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement training strategies and programs to meet evolving business needs.

 

·         Lead Training Delivery for CE: Manage the development of the CE & Contact Center teams. Act as the principal point of contact for anyone with questions about training and content development.

 

·         New Hire Induction Programs (NHIP): Design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding programs to ensure seamless training and certification of new hires.

 

·         Vendor Management: Manage external training vendors to ensure high-quality training delivery.

 

·         Trainer Certification & Development: Establish and manage a trainer certification framework to enhance training effectiveness.

 

·         Content Development: Design and update training materials, e-learning modules, and other resources aligned with business needs.

 

·         Performance Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of training programs and drive improvements based on data-driven insights.

 

·         Budget and Contract Management: Track budgets, negotiate contracts, validate and approve billing, and build and maintain relationships with third-party training providers.

 

·         Team Management: Hire and manage Enabler specialists.

 

·         Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other relevant stakeholders.

 

·         Learning and Development Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and advancements in learning technologies.
