Job Description
- Create and develop content for internal communications and external marketing campaigns to promote Academy programs and initiatives.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Coordinate with Finance on accounts, follow up with customers on payment reminders, and manage certificate issuance upon verification of payment with Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process and clear Accounts Payable (AP), including supplier and trainer invoices.
- Plan annual training calendars for India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Maldives .
- Facilitate online and in-person training courses to ensure smooth delivery.
- Organize logistics for training programs.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems (Salesforce, LMS)
- Prepare goal-setting documents and monthly financial reports.
- Manage and coordinate the pool of trainers.
- Handle training agreements and contracts.
- Coordinate and complete the Comprehensive Inspection Program (CIP).
Marketing & Business Development Support
- Support the BD team with marketing newsletters and advertisements.
- Plan and manage seminars and exhibitions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the maritime industry, ideally in a training role.
- Prior experience in maritime training and education is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with enthusiasm and passion for professional growth.
