Job purpose

The purpose of this role is to deliver ZEISS Vision care commercial product training to external customers using virtual platforms, closely monitoring the effectiveness of the training, and making necessary improvements based on participant feedback and performance metrics.

Roles & responsibilities

• On time delivering product training, based on the customer training request.
• Interact with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
• Work towards achieving qualitative & quantitative objectives set by the company, ensuring consistent progress, and striving to exceed expectations.

• Education: Minimum qualification Bachelor of Optometry
• Experience – 0 to 2 years of experience in the Optometry field.
