Role Overview:

Design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and professional growth. Focus on leadership development, manager readiness, and organizational capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and facilitate leadership development programs for aspiring and first-time managers/leaders across US/EMEA/APAC regions
• Deliver new hire orientation, manager readiness workshops , and skill-building sessions
• Create training programs for aspiring leaders to build essential management competencies
• Develop engaging content using modern instructional design principles
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and align programs with business goals
• Drive continuous learning culture and stay updated on talent development trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field
• 5+ years in training, facilitation, or talent development
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience designing leadership and management training programs
• Proficiency in LMS and training tools
• Excellent analytical and project management skills

Preferred:

• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
• Leadership coaching or change management background
• Training certifications (ATD, CPTD)
• Experience with eLearning and virtual training platforms
