Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Trainer Tally professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring students on Tally Prime , ensuring they gain both practical knowledge on day to dat accosting activities.
You will play a key role in enhancing our internal capability and supporting client organizations in adopting technology-driven accounting and business management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop structured training materials, manuals, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Assist in implementing Tally solutions for clients, including setup, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and integrations in Tally ecosystems.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with consultants to align training content with real-world business applications and compliance requirements (GST, TDS, ITR).
- Support the digital transformation initiatives of clients through ERP training and process optimization.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Tally trainer or implementation .
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime .
- Understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ITR preferred).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to design engaging training sessions and explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
