Were looking for an experienced IT professional to join us as a Major Incident Manager Trainer . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ITIL / ITSM frameworks, incident resolution, and crisis communication , and a passion for training and mentoring future IT service leaders .

• Deliver interactive online & offline training sessions on Major Incident Management (MIM).
• Teach students incident response workflows, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), ITIL & ITSM best practices .
• Simulate real-life incident bridges and escalation scenarios to enhance practical learning.
• Design and develop course content, assessments, and case studies .
• Mentor learners on soft skills and communication during business-critical incidents .
• Support career-building activities such as mock interviews & profile guidance .

• 5+ years of experience in Major Incident Management / ITIL / ITSM roles .
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) .
• Proven experience in managing major incidents in enterprise environments.
• Excellent training and presentation skills .
• Proficiency in developing engaging and effective training materials .
• Ability to mentor and coach students to prepare them for real-world roles.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills .
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) .
• Relevant ITIL certifications (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
