Role Description

This is a remote role for a Trainer specializing in Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, creating training materials, and demonstrating advanced features and functionalities of these productivity tools. The role involves catering to diverse learning levels, addressing queries, and providing practical examples to ensure a clear understanding of concepts among trainees. Collaboration with teams to assess training needs and continued refinement of training modules will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong knowledge of advanced features and functions
• Experience in designing and delivering professional training programs
• Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Ability to assess training needs and customize materials for diverse participant groups
• Problem-solving skills to address participant queries efficiently
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in corporate training or a similar role is a plus
• Teaching or professional certifications in Microsoft Office software are highly advantageous
