Trainer – Financial Literacy (EdTech)

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and dynamicTrainerto join theFinQuest(Financial Literacy Program) mission. You won't just be teaching; you will be architecting how the next generation of Indians understands money. From designing game-based missions to delivering high-energy workshops in schools, you will be the face of financial empowerment for students aged 815.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Design: Collaborate on designing and refining the FinQuest gamified curriculum to ensure it remains both fun and age-appropriate.
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging workshops and "Money Missions" in schools and summer camps.
• Content Creation: Scripting video lessons and designing "assignments" that students actually want to do as homework.
• School Engagement: Acting as a subject matter expert during school demos to explain the value of financial literacy to educators.

Requirements:

• Background: Experience in teaching and a strong background in Finance/Commerce.
• Skillset: Ability to explain UPI, Budgeting, and Compounding to a 10-year-old without using "boring" jargon.
• Energy: High charisma and classroom management skills for school environments.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with LMS platforms and digital tools.
