Key Responsibilities

Deliver training on Dynamics 365 CRM modules & customization

Mentor learners on CRM implementation, workflows & integrations

Build an industry-relevant Dynamics 365 CRM curriculum

Support interview preparation and practical project execution

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps

Customization, configuration & basic development knowledge

Understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform & plugins

CRM integrations, API basics & cloud understanding is a plus

Strong communication and mentoring ability

Experience

2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM

Training experience preferred but optional
