Role Description

akumen by Q Powered by Qubiqon is looking for an experienced Data Engineering Trainer to mentor tech professionals and students inside a real software company environment.

We welcome industry professionals who are currently working in Data Engineering and are looking to transition into a trainer/mentor role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver practical, project-based training
2. Mentor students and working professionals
3. Design industry-aligned curriculum
4. Support interview and placement preparation

Required Skills

1. Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Pyspark,ETL
2. Experience with Data Warehousing & Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
3. Knowledge of Spark or Big Data tools is an advantage
4. Strong communication and mentoring ability

Experience

1. 2+ years of industry experience in Data Engineering/Analytics
2. Prior training experience preferred (not mandatory for strong industry professionals)
