About the Role: Trainer / Facilitator role is a key critical role within CollegeDekho which requires thoroughproduct & industry knowledge, sales driven attitude & selling skills to help counsellors & leaders achieve the salestargetforallprocesseswithintheorganization.

JobResponsibilities:

Thispositioninvolvesarangeofresponsibilities,includingbutnotlimitedto:

·         Facilitating the training of new hires on product, process, counselling skills, and selling skills throughNHT&OJTphases(formultipleprocesses/verticals)

·         Training & coaching shopfloor counsellors & leaders (providing 180-degree hand-holding for eachemployeeundertheirpurview)+BQMMQMTQM

·         Participatinginthehiringofnewhires

·         Developing,tweaking,maintaining&upgradingLearners/ParticipantsGuide&FacilitatorsGuide

·         Conductingassessments& PKT'stogaugeexistingknowledge&coachbasisitsTNI

·         Keepingup-to-datewithnewer teachingmethods&techniques

·         Seekingfeedback&inputsfromtrainees+stakeholderstodevelopfuturecontent&performance

·         Checkingtheefficacy ofeachtrainingbatch/workshopthroughrelevantstakeholders&stackrankings

·         Maintainingandupdatingmultipletrainingrecords/database

·         Upgrading counsellors to be able to counsel & sell our forms & admissions with utmost legitimacy &integrity

·         Being a great interdepartmental liaison, building bridges & camaraderie with all other departments &being a true ambassador to collate knowledge, latest updates & TNI's for developing their trainees,content&curricula

·         Being100%aligned withtheendgoalsofCollegeDekho

·         Regularlyauditingcalls&providingfeedbacktocounsellors

·         Trainingwithasinglegoal ofmeetingthecompany'sobjectives

·         Takingcalls&understandingtheprocessreally well

·         Working a 9-hour rotational shifts anytime between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, on any 6 days of a seven-dayroster
