Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Trainer / Lead Instructor to deliver high-quality training in Basic Healthcare & Paramedical programs . The role combines clinical expertise, hands-on training, and strong teaching capability to shape competent, compassionate healthcare support professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom and practical training (MLT, EMT, GDA, Dialysis, Radiology, Hospital Admin, etc.)

Conduct hands-on lab sessions, simulations, and case-based learning

Mentor students and evaluate theory, practical, and viva assessments

Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance tracking

Contribute to curriculum development, training content, and simulations

Ensure strict hygiene, biosafety, and infection control standards

Support academic audits, guest lectures, industry visits, and placements

Eligibility & Experience

Bachelors degree or PG Diploma in Nursing / Paramedical / Allied Health / Life Sciences

Relevant certification or registration (DMLT, DEMT, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, etc.)

6 months 1 year of clinical/field experience

6 months 1 year of teaching/training or mentoring experience
