Trainer Audiologist

We are in the screening process for Trainer Audiologist professionals for a Leading Medical Device Company

Company : Medical Device Company (Hearing Aids).

Location : Mumbai

Position : Trainer Audiologist

Exp : Fresher/Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostics (pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem response, for patients of all ages).
• Interpret test results, identify hearing, and formulate appropriate management or referral plans.
• Fit, program, and verify hearing aids, counsel patients and their families on device use, maintenance, and communication strategies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records: assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, follow-ups.
• Collaborate with ENT surgeons, speech therapists, pediatricians, other allied health professionals for multidisciplinary care.
• Keep audiology equipment calibrated and up to date; ensure test environment meets standards
• Participate in outreach, screening camps, awareness programs.
• Engage in continuous professional development, stay updated with advances in

audiology, assist in training junior staff/interns as applicable

• Monitor and plan raw materials required for existing and future orders in coordination with the purchase department.

Essential:

• Proven clinical experience in audiology (adults + pediatrics) ideally 1-3 years.
• Sound knowledge of diagnostic audiology, hearing aid technology, assistive
• devices, and audiological rehabilitation.
• Excellent patient counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize caseloads, work in teambased healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

BASLP or MASLP
